Happy to help Bob, may need some small self tappers and some contact adhesive if the top clip strip comes away though.

Bob, I've got mine working again, by spuirting a liberal amount of silicone lubricant into everwhere I can get it in and around the lock.

Thanks for the tip Barry but my mechanic had already tried that a few months ago.....helped for a while but I I think the solenoid is well and truly fubarred.

I would have asked for help changing a track rod end on my trafic, but i won't.....'cause...

1) Its not an Omega  ::)
2) The MOT blokey wrote on the fail sheet, dangerous to drive!  :o

Failed 9am yesterday morning.....went to the garage....back at the MOT place 2pm and a pass   8-)

That's just because it's french, nothing to do with the track rod, don't worry about it. ;D ;D

I will try to get this little lot into a list and allocate people to jobs as there is a lot to do
