1999 3.0 Elite Saloon 5sp manual, 128k miles, dark green metallic, black leather interior. All usual Elite refinements, traction control, cruise, rear electric blind, sat nav, electric heated seats with 3 position memory on drivers seat, self dimming rear view mirror, self levelling rear suspension, Bose stereo, climate control, xenons etc etc. All electric items are WORKING! Bodywork is in very good condition and in keeping with it's age and mileage.
I bought it in March 2008 at 92k. In the time I've owned it it's had brakes all round, exhaust mid and rear sections, new self levelling rear shocks and springs, windscreen, cambelt, water pump, HT leads, plugs, coil pack, auxiliary belt, anti roll bar links, 2 new remote keys, EGR valve been blanked off. Regularly serviced with genuine Vx parts. Mechanically excellent, always starts, performs as it should, uses no oil or water. Tyres still have plenty of tread, taxed and mot'd til end of Jan 2011.
Problems: stereo has dodgy ariel connection at the back. Climate control takes a while to blow cold. Rust appearing on the rear arches but only just. Rust bubble on the top of the rear drivers side door. Front bumper scuffed, CD autochanger doesn't work. Bonnet has quite a few stonechips.
