I'd love a Citroen SM........which is much the same as Albs car. :)
What, French?  ::)

A French car with an Italian engine  ...... what could possibly go wrong?!?!  ;D ;D ;D

I agree, Mr Beanz.

 Despite this I'll take one SM, one Facel Vega, along with a brace of Bugatti, the other well known Frenchie. :y

I'd have a SM too and/or a proper DS .... one of the earlier cars with the round headlights

As a kid our family had three of these. Most people of the time had no idea what they were.......or thought they were some sort of alien spacecraft. :y

"a small hatch " ???
do you have chickens as well as a donkey
are you setting up a small holding  :P

all joking aside , how is it ? have you investigated the cambelt yet ?
[/highlight]

Unless I find some tippex marks or similar under the cover then I reckon I will be changing it in the near future. Watched a video on youtube last night and it looks like a right pita, but if it has to be done...…. ::)

They aren't too bad to do,early ones had the crank sprocket not keyed so much care and correct lock  kit required,later ones are keyed  so easier to deal with

Its a 59 plate. don't know if that's early or not ?  :-\

I think that's late enough to be keyed,when I get back from my holibobs I'll have a look on autodata

TBH, I would take one of each, given half a chance (and a six figure sum to spend).  :y

Ive had years of practice in that technique with the old 190D. Like driving a truck, if you lift your foot it takes way too long to get back up to speed, so its to be avoided at all costs.  ;D
I drive a Battlebus.  Acceleration was just a pipe dream when it left the factory.
