I still regularly take that A40 Stokenchurch to Postcombe section on return journeys up the M40. Very childish of me but I've been doing it now for 22 years so I don't suppose i'll ever change!!  ;D

Don't mind the M40... but keep getting caught out northbound where it drops down the cliff face ::)

Have inadvertently managed 110kmh down that section, with the cruise control set to 90  :-X

the real fun is in north wales.... Rhuallt hill ,  on the A55 ,  used to regularly see knobheads come off the last corner on the bottom  in winter....

The options were 'plough straight on' in true FWD form or find some grip.  ;D

Actually, on that stretch, you don't need to try very hard.

Never had that problem  :-\ Handbrake is a nice backup in emergency as long as you remember to use it in the split second :D ;D
