Haven't had the MV6 3.2 estate for long but thought it was
Not going as it should, done a bit of research and found it
Was due to the solenoid at the back of the engine it was
Broken. I found an old solinoid from a VW in the Scrapyard
Fitted it and lucky enough it worked. Happy days, anyone else
Used something other that the correct part on theirs?

I guess that due to the easy availability of cheap 2nd hand parts here, most just use the real part for most bits :)

Agreed. I just couldn't wait for the correct part and wanted to have it working however I'm on the lookout for the right bit  :y
