vacuum gauge connection point

Hi can anybody advise me where on my car to connect the 4mm airline coming from the vacuum gauge i have just bought??  Gauge diagram mentions the vacuum pipe on the air intake. :-?

Given its a 3.2, the feed to the vac reservoir on the front inlet bagpipes

mark, are you refering to the small thin plastic pipe going from a t-piece off the brake servo to the multiram?

Yes although it should be going from a T-piece off the brake servo pipe to a vac tank on the base of the inlet bagpipes near the crank pulley (on which is mounted the front multiram).

Got you now mark the black box at the bottom of the bagpipes with the two small vacuum pipes.  Thanks
