I love these numbties, when they ring up if you have the time, play the game.
 eg yes ive had an accident,and suffered a head injury,because i cant remember the accident,can you give me the dates. Please.

the new one is the clearing your dsbts one, they ask do you have credit cards, then just make up figures etc, then just play the game. Been sworn at and said i was wasting there time,as other customers need there help.

Funniest one I heard was (to a debt collector) was:
"Can I take your card details please?"
"Yes. I have it here"
"Whose name is the card in?"
"It's mine"
"Long card number?"
"blah blah blah"
"expiry date?"
"I suppose blah blah blah (11 months 30 days away)"
"last three digits on the back?"
"xxx"
"It's not working - what sort of card is it?"
"It's a birthday card"
