Actually I've just checked with him & it's only done 21000 :exclamation
There was the original tax disk on the screen; £25 for the year!

No, the guy bought it new & only used it to tootle around in & it was always garaged. He was hearbroken to let it go, but he can't drive any more 'cos of his age.
