No, the guy bought it new & only used it to tootle around in & it was always garaged. He was hearbroken to let it go, but he can't drive any more 'cos of his age.

Ive got a mate who lives in Chester and he has a Droop Snoot it looks amazing and I think they only made about 100 of them
