i want to change my door speakers. is it true that the speaker adaptors from a corsa b will do the job.?

Why dont just use adaptor rings meant for Omega?

IIRC I used Vectra C ones (couldn't find any Omega ones at the time). Needed to make an 8mm spacer in MDF to go under the driver so it would clear the window mech though.

ive busted the spares i had from the donor car and the 17cm ones i have for the omega are too big and they fit to the outside of the speaker pods. which gives me the probel of not being able to secure them to the pods. or do i need smaller speakers. :'(
