I was just a bit worried as to the legal side of fitting any non approved 3.0 ltr cat on a post 2001 3.2,as the website for the cat suppliers clearly state that and are asking for the cars reg number

Never known a MOT man care tbh.
As long as they are in one piece, not blowing and pass the emissions test that is 

As for the website asking questions, I think it is more down to covering there arse if you claim they sent the wrong ones
