There are about 4 in my local breakers yard where they still allow you to take the parts off yourself (only proviso is that you wear a reflective jacket) all of which still had the doors on them last time I was there - surely there must be some in yards near to you?

Why wouldn't it?  ???

If they're the only people selling what you need, what do you have to lose? Alternatively buy another Omega...

I break them and they are usually the first part to go,none in stock at the moment  :-\,

I think the problem with these is the original grease applied at the factory gets dry and it gums all the moving parts up. I'd certainly try taking it out and dousing it in solvent to clean it up, regrease and give it a good workout before refitting..you've nothing to lose  :y

Well I'm lead to believe these are a bit like Headlight level sensors, and door solinoids, and servitronc relays,,  mmmm.

So what are they worth, I might have one.. 8)
