EPC says air quality sensor

(9146391)  (18 45 780) SENSOR, AIR QUALITY (FOR ELECTRONIC AIR CONDITIONING) (NLS.- NO REPLACEMENT PART)   (C) Y1000001-

Is this near the cabin air intake under windscreen?

Its a pollution sensor that, if the Climate is set to automatic recirc, turns on recirc if that sensor detects traffic pollution.

Generally reliable enough to replace with a 2nd hand one.
