Omega General Help / stinky air con ??

i have a strong smell of , what can only be discribed as smelly socks when the air con is swithched of and then on again a few mins later , for exsample poping into the shops

ive changed the pollen filter and washed my socks but the smell is still there , any ideas ???

Omega General Help / noisey injectors & hesitant at 3000rpm

hi, any ideas on recuding injector tap, which is worse (after a good run) when ideling

and also sometimes it seems abit hesitant around the 3-3500rpm area more so with the S button on,
i have recently gave her a full service , fuel filter, plugs leads, etc

any ideas appreciated :)

hi everyone, ive noticed that replacement batterys are so to be available in the oof shop :y

but i was wondering if it is possible to get replacement fobs ,(including blade) anywhere cheaper than vx?

noiticed this morning, on way to work (with radio off) andcould hea what sounded like dripping nosies, then when revs increase sounds like someone shakeing a bottle of water, i asume this is water passing through matrix rad, but never noticed before, is this ok???

no signs of leaks (at a glance) or coolant loss

hi people , just a few things,,
went for a good spin down to london yesterday and all is well except ,
an oil leak ive noticed down by oil filter (area),
and is it a common thing for the rear passanger and quarter windows to stay missted up , even with the climate control on auto?? :-?
oh, and one other thing , is there any way of reseting the airbag light or can it only be done with diagnostics??

hello,

firstly i'd like to say how kool this forum is, and that im new to this sort of thing,,, so give me time lol.

abit about me ,,- im a apprentice mehanic, 1 year to go,
i came across this forum as my old man recently bought a 98' omega elite V6- - NICE CAR,,, (to work on - - NOT SO NICE )lol ,,but with the help of u guys,,,  ;D,

as far as the omega , ok so far, recently changed plugs and leads, and put new timing belt on, only thing wrong really, is the air bag light is on, but probly need diagnostics for that and my garage havent got that !

thats it from me at the mo, , cheers !! :)
