"Owner for 22 years.......Off the road since 2001" - what a good reason to buy it

"Runs on Easy start......new fuel pump supplied" - an external Bosch pump? That's like driving around with a new part in case the fitted one fails. Crank sensors for example

"Needs light restoration" - owner has been watching Wheeler Dealers, a show I wish I'd thought of because I'm properly qualified to present it. I have official government paperwork to prove that :)

That sort of comedy advert is more satisfying than buyin the car.

But some fool will buy it, and that's the object of the exercise.

I wonder, if being MoT exempt, there isn't a growing market for slightly rough and ready cars like this...

Run through the oily bits, brakes and tyres and kick it down the road  :-\

I'd quite like a usable classic as a local run about.  :y

You might be onto something though, as here's another one that's been fettled.  :)

Not sure about the colour on that one though.... Looks better on a Marina!  ;D
