 I have never gone along with the doctrine that Boris Johnson is really an intellectual colossus masquerading as a bumbling buffoon.

Johnson ( has been) the ardent Brexiteers choice because he is going to deliver Brexit

What no one mentions is nothing has changed in the impasse with parliament. I would also be surprised if anything has changed with the EU. The incoming unelected new leaders ( work in progress today) will sing from the same hymn sheet as before. No new negotiations.

I see the government has opened up tenders for extra cross channel capacity to smooth any no deal chaos.

Anyone been following Switzerland/EU / They operate open borders but aren't in the EU?  The EU are desperately trying to close it down. I wonder why ( Ireland/Northern Ireland perhaps!)

They are BOTH coming out with so much 'dangle berries' it makes me so angry I cannot be bothered anymore.

With Corbyn crippling himself by the day, thank goodness, I just wonder what the future holds.  Brexit could prove to be a walk in the park compared to what is to come!!

If Boris cant get Brexit done somehow by 31st October, I think he will have little choice but to call an election.
I imagine the result would either be a Labour / Libdem coalition, which doesn't bear thinking about, or a Tory / Brexit party coalition, which imo, would be the perfect result.

I take it that in Spain your news featured the Brexit Party MEP's turning their back at the opening ceremony of the EU Parliament.  So these MEP's of ours certainly know what the truth is of that!

Our uk MEPs are a mixed bunch possibly only there for a short while depending on whether the useless Tories can deliver the so called “ will of the people” Brexit.

If we Brexit we will have our own set of problems to confront. If we dont  Brexit then it is more of the same . No learning, listening or adapting.
