First repair to my Merc.

Just had to spend £13.22 on the Merc the rubber cover on the stub roof aerial had perished after almost 19 years !
All smart again now 😎

Actually when I had a Merc, I found their parts very reasonable in price!  :y

I used to delight in parking my battered, rusty old workhorse that stank of veggie oil round the front by the showroom while I nipped round the back to the parts dept.  ;D

None of the sales people ever approached me to see if I wanted to upgrade though.  :-\  ::)

Didn't take the Merc to the dealership as it was raining, but when I took it in for an oil change they were very interested in it as it looks as new, and to see one totally rust free is very unusual.
