Had a flat on the Mondeo this evening.  >:(

In just over 2 years of ownership that's the 4th or 5th flat I've had on the bleddy thing and I'm going to get shot!  :-X

Was it flat all the way round or just at the bottom ?😀

Just at the bottom Mr Mackay...  :(

Will this make it easier to find the leak?  ???  :-\   :P

Probably not :-\

Either get the wheels refurbished or fit a different set... Although you will need a different set to be able to get them refurbished  ::)

I had all the tyres removed and the rims scrubbed up about 12 months ago.  :-\  Sigh...  ::)

Yep and new valves.

Anyway I've pumped it up and it's clearly leaking from the rim.  Dropped it off at the tyre shop for them to sort, so hopefully the tyre is OK...  ::)

I imagine he had to drug them first. I hardly think a Morris Marina will make girls wet with desire. :)

I feel sad for you guys, because you never knew the delights of owning a Morris Marina 1800TC Coupe!  :(

Anyway in other news, the tyre shop phoned to tell me my tyre had a puncture, it's fixed and ready to pick up.  :)

Funny thing though, is that I could have sworn that I could clearly hear air hissing from the bead....  :-\  I'll pick it up in the morning and if it's still hard I guess it's OK.  ::)
