A working AC is a MUST have here in the subtropical southwest of Germany. Some years ago i stood on the A8 in a traffic jam south of Karlsruhe. 40°C outside and the AC did not work.

Never again.....

Because the both heating and ventilation in a climate controlled car - like an Omega is - hopeless if the system doesn't work.

Air con/climate is one thing that's never worked on mine and it never will as I'm not prepared to pay out on something I consider unnecessary.

there's 4 buttons to over ride the climate control on the drivers door arm rest ! plus a rotary dial on the roof liner near the map reading lights
if cold , you can have a small electrical fire  :y

High Dave

I was on my way from Lahr to Stuttgart to present my big turntable at the Audiophile magazine. No thought about beer gardens....hard busyness.

It ended up successful. The turntable was weighted "State of Art"

We went into the beer garden later that evening...i remember it was still hot outside, 30°C at midnight.

They don't re-gas just use a tin of ezzecool,  take it to a local garage cost £45 at most, sometimes there's deals on Groupon.

That's all Halfords use.,, Won't find any leaks you might have, that's why it's worth getting it done properly.

Or get the air out from a system that has let air in (likely if its lost enough refrig to stop working), nor get the moisture out, nor get the lubricant in.

Don't waste time, get it done properly.
