Does anyone know what colour the steering wheel remote control wire is on a panasonic cq-8300 head unit,as i need to connect the patch lead

Got a problem on my vec b 2.2 with the alternator,as its putting no charge in the battery.Bought a brand new battery yesterday and stuck it on,and lastnight i was driving along,and all dash lights started to gradually dim,then abs and tc light came on,after that stereo went off,then spanner light came on,but wouldent the battery light come on if was the alternator,or does anyone know what else it could be. :-/

As my mig is still off the road at the moment,the battery has gone flat,so stuck it on charge the other day,and noticed as it was charging the powersounder gave an audiable signal every minute or so.Is this normal?,oh and powersounder batteries are new by the way,in the end i had to disconnect it to stop annoying neighbours.

In the past i have changed the little illumination bulb in the dash switches in a vec b.Can you change the ones in a preface mig(dash switches).

Why is my rear blind wiring plug in the boot a different fitting to the actual plug on the blind from a facelift elite.Did they change the loom at all even though both cars are facelift. :-/

Can i fit a bose system from a 3.0 elite facelift into my 02 plate mv6,and if so what exactly do i need,is it just the speakers,amp and wiring or do i need the stereo aswell.

After replacing the batteries in the powersounder,i am going to refit later.I need to know if it will sound as soon as i plug it back in to the cars wiring loom,so i dont jump out of skin.

Is anyone experiencing this at the moment,yesterday the lights on the gear surround kept flickering altogether,and today the climate control blower speed buttons seem to respond very slow after you have pressed em.Do you reckon its just the damp weather were having. :-/

After switching on my drivers heated seat today(which i have always thought doesent work),i noticed after quite a few minutes,it started to get very slightly warm and that was on number 5,so my question is could it possibly be a relay that has failed,and does the relay control the two of them.? :-/

Just been to maplins again earlier for powersounder batteries,but can only find the three pin ones instead of four,does anyone know if these will still fit,taking into consideration that the two batteries are slightly offset with each other when soldered in.

Might be a stupid question but when i switch my heater on,it seems to affect the revs of the engine like when you turn your a/c on,so does this use any more fuel? :-/
