At a guess I'd say it should be there... I've recently upgraded the door cards on my current 'poverty spec' Vectra and the wiring for the puddle lights was taped up into the plastic membrane that is attached to door.

When I first put in the door cards only the front puddle lights would work... I needed to change the door pins on the rear doors, luckily the ones from my Omega were the same...

If you do need the looms for the front doors I may know where to find some!

I did this to my '98 MV6 some years ago and don't recall having any problem.

They might not have taken the wires through the membrane as the MV6 door pocked is different from the Elite ones as you will see if you look closely. So you should then see them inside the door somewhere - use touch to find them.

The wiring loom is not the same as the Elite, but is is the same as the CD/CDX which do have the lights - but not the memory mirror functions of the Elite.

Let us know how you get on.
