Is the place you are going to close to the border with NI?  If so I am sure a friendly Irishman could tow you over it into the NI, before you call the AA ;)

I suspect your 'friendly Irishman' would demand 100 Euros just to attach the towrope!  ;)  ;D

Double if your English.  ::)

Which company Tunnie?  ???

I'm thinking of a little Euro-jaunt myself.  :)

Admiral. I have multi-car with them, the policy expires in September, so they just added on full cover until then. Might work out more, depends when your policy end date is as they don't do fixed cover periods.

Going to Galway, so the hostile state.  :)

ftfy.  :y ;D

It's fine, the Bishop of Galway is my wifes Uncle, so we will be protected  ;D :)

I still wouldn't trust them.  ;) ;D

At least he Marina was rwd, and with its atrocious suspension people could learn to drive on the limit at low speed.
The greatest racing driver who ever lived learnt his craft in a Skoda Estelle, on the icy Canadian winter roads.  :)

Whatever the rights and wrongs of it are, the ambassador will have to be replaced. The person who leaked it should spend time behind bars, but I doubt they will. No such thing as personal responsibility these days.

Why should the ambassador be replaced ???  Evaluating the foreign government and its personnel is a large part of his job! As is reporting back, as there's no point in doing that work otherwise.

The leaker is a different matter, but leaking is a politicians tool.

Simple. The leak has made his position untenable. He cant have a any kind of relationship with the Trump administration now.
May has announced this morning that she has full faith in him. That means he will be out by the end of the month.  ;D

Presumably the Republic rather than the North ? There is actually no such country as Ireland. Its an island with two countries on it  :D
Anyhoo, if the Republic probably EU breakdown cover required ? In the North, UK cover should be ok.

She dines at Londons finest restaurants regularly, and hasn't succumbed to non veggie food yet, even after copious amounts of alcohol.
Stubborn as a mule doesnt begin to cover it. Cant think where she gets that trait from, but it isn't me.  :-X  :-X ;D

Its a different story around here at out of town retail parks. They are always jammed with cars and people, and the local Sainsburys, which is huge, is the same story. Colchester town centre is definitely dying though, despite the fact that according to the press, Colchester is the fastest growing town in the country, which imo, is not a good thing.
Rush hour around the area isn't much better than London.
I try to avoid Colchester and the areas 3 to 4 miles around it if I can, but the problem is swmbo loves it, because theres lots of shops.  ::) ;D

My daughter was taught where meat comes from at school when she was seven years old. That was thirty years ago and she has been a vegetarian ever since.  ::)

One big advantage of out of town shopping centres is parking. It isn't possible to park on a high street nowadays without incurring a hefty fine. You have to park in a car park, pay through the nose for the privilege and walk to the shops.
Everything is stacked against retailers on the High St.
