Need a mobile mechanic to fix oil leak
« on: 31 October 2014, 10:14:34 »

Hello a newbie here!

I have a 1996 manual V6 Elite which has developed a big oil leak from around the rocker cover gaskets. I have asked my local garages to replace the gaskets but have been advised the car is too old and to scrap it!

Me thinks I need a mechanic who knows Omegas to do the job; does the forum know of any mobile mechanics around the Cambridge area which could stop me leaving a trail of oil wherever I go? :(
