« on: 20 January 2020, 17:38:44 »

Bit of a dinosaur here..being running windows 7. It's now telling me I need to upgrade to windows 10. Do I need to buy this or can I get it for free. Can somebody tell me the best place to get either.
Thanks.

You should be able to upgrade for free. It might even work properly now as they've had plenty of time to iron out all the initial issues  ;)

I recently upgraded for free, and if I can manage it anybody can. Especially worth upgrading if you use online banking. :y

I can also confirm the upgrade for free works fine (yesterday). Unbelievably everything just worked afterwards, didn't have to reinstall or fix anything! Well nothing I've spotted so far.

This was about 6 weeks ago so my apologies as I can’t remember which link I used. I would have done a search for reviews first before using any link.  :y

As long as SP2 is installed on Win7, it should upgrade to Win10.
