As long as it doesn't mean taking the cage out. I hate those crappy facelift cages ;D

I've already had that bit out once ;) (ISTR it was the first thing someone - probably you - told me to check) .. it's where the rest of the wiring goes that I haven't looked at yet.

Suspect I'll just end up getting one of those aftermarket pigtail type GPS aerials at some point.. be nice to do away with my big gay gonk on the windscreen ;D

From there to drivers kick panel, then from there to roof via the drivers side sill.

Yup, 2013 - been meaning to figure out how the kick panel comes off for ages.. I've been neglecting the Omega  :-[

I thought all the aerial wires went that way - but then I found what looks an awful lot like one (coax, BNC style connectors) in the passenger side rear cubby where the Bose speaker would normally be - no idea what that one is for..

Based on what I found in the roof lining, I didn't think so - unless it takes a very odd route, or maybe doubles back on itself somewhere in the roof lining that I can't see..

Drive up to refurbers picked up my two wheels, lovely job. Then drove down to Micheldever to fit two new sc3's as the old ones where damaged in the accident.

Except they only fitted one, as one of the old tyres was fine. Bit of a rub on the sidewall but otherwise ok. Smart. Lovely ride and planted feal returns, glad to see the back of those nasty harsh potenzas, yuk.
That was quick, seem to recall you only dropped them off a couple of days ago :o

Does it look nice enough now that you'll be emabrassed into putting a new wing/door on ;D
dropped off Tuesday, didn't quite make yesterday as agreed, but no worries. Although only two wheels, so quicker for them maybe.

Just got to put all those bloody chavy bolts back in now.

...and no, I will NOT be fitting bloody FFF F F  Falkens!   ... Although on a lower profile tyre the supple ride and quiet will... NO NO NO!  ;D

You take them out before refurb?

Do the bolts actually do anything?

Fitted a new auxlilary belt pulley and gave the mig a much needed wash and wax. There was so much brake dust on the alloys they had gone black - funny thing is though i actually quite liked the look of them that way!

Yep same as mine. Thought i'd better give it a quick wash today, but a quick wash means it still looks dirty parked next to it's identical twin!
