DV03GZM 2.2 CDX auto in gay gold. I can't see one bit of rust, and just have a look at it's MOT history. Perfect apart from two lazy driver fails.

Yes, I know. But no mention of any corrosion on any previous MOT's. If I were after a gay gold, 16 year old, four pot omega, that's the one I'd go for.  ;D

I'm sure the crim has been caught and won't be torching any more cars for at least 20 years. :)

"I'm sure the crim has been caught... "

Was the phrase His exaltedness typed.

To which you replied, "That's brilliant news..."

Consider yourself educated ;)

That's right, Steve was stating he was sure he had been caught (by what he has been able to ascertain from the police I suggest) but he certainly will not get 20 years! :D :D ;)

Otherwise what is the point of communicating "I'm sure the crim has been caught"??

No, that's not correct.

Opti said" I'm SURE the crim WILL be caught "

Read it out a loud. Slowly if it helps...

Ok, so I thought Steve had said that.

So why did you not nicely, as anyone else would on here, point that out and not be your sarcastic self! ::) ::) ::)

You really want to have a dig, not just at me, but I have witnessed it directed to others on the OOF.  You really must work in a sad, lowly position to want to be of your attitude on social media with a wish to boost your importance.  But, you are not alone are you? ::) ::) ::)

You are great at giving car mechanical advice, and I salute you for that, but why be as you are at other times? ??? ??? ::) ::)

Matters not a jot who said it... Point I was making, but you clearly have yet to grasp, is the use of the word WILL rather than HAD/HAS.

At no point has it been implied or otherwise that anyone has yet been caught. It is possible that at some point they may be, but that has yet to happen.

All you had to say was, "oops, silly me, I obviously misread that..."

And this is hardly the pinnacle of social media ;D

Oh, BTW, I am naturally sarcastic. I am neither disappointed or excited by this, but accept it nevertheless as a part of my character. It isn't I that has an issue with it, but rather, you.

You see, there you go again!!!  Opti (yes, I accept NOT Steve) stated, I quote:

"I'm sure the crim has been caught "  "HAS" repeat "HAS"!!

So it is YOU who should learn to read!

If you did not spend so much time trying to be sarcastic (and I welcome your admission you are :y) you would have spotted your bit of mis-reading! ::) ::) ;D ;D ;D

You see, even you can do it, not just me ;)

I read the Fire Marshall's post (not Steve's!) many times and couldn't find the use of the word 'will' but was afraid to point it out incase I got shot down in flames
