engines not too bad if fed on super unleaded and serviced every 10,000 miles...20,000 miles between oil change way too far imo

So, thinking out loud again  ::)

Should I only be concerned of a failed / failing FPR if I get some dodgy pressure test results? Or is there a specific test for the FPR?

Sorry if ive missed it where someone confimed

Due to budget I ended up purchasing this kit....

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Fuel-injection-pressure-test-kit-for-schrader-test-fuel-ports-by-BERGEN-AT271-/141238161649?ssPageName=ADME:L:OU:GB:3160

Does what it says on the tin.

I tested the Omega.... bang on 45psi (around 3 bar) at idle. Gave it a few revs and it just stayed there. Also after switching car off I checked and the pressure went down to about 42. But importantly it stayed there meaning my pressures being maintained

... didn't really know what other tests to do?

 ;D

Fair enough mate. I think it'll be pretty useful more for ruling problems out rather than finding a bad part. Although having said that it may just sit in the garage like my compression set. Either way... got it if I need it  :y
