Yeah, I like the way this thread has just turned into a topic abusing the poor guys camera!!!!

Like the grille, black helps in visually 'withdraw' the standard grille, being chrome, tends to protrude out more. Tasteful badge, too, reminiscent of the Audi S Line.

thankyou gents for your, more polite, responses.(take no notice of TB, hes always on a wind up re anything not microsoft, he knows full well what phone it is, plus ive been swimming against the flow on here a bit of late)

Yes it is a Kamei grill badge. From ebay.com. $9, about £20 in postage and 2 weeks to get here. Slight issue is its designed for a mesh style grill and has 2 plastic prongs that poke through the mesh and two circlips that push on the back to hold it on. So i am going to have to think of a way of fixing it on to the latice grill that does not involve smearing super glue all over it and the grill.

Was a bit concerned that it would look a bit Audi and hence out of place. But Kamei did make an omega grill, in metal mesh though, for £120. Like the one on page 2 of the calender thread as far as i can tell anyway.

So its not totally out of place on a vauxhall. But does look a bit Audi maybe? Not that i dislike that.

Pics are crap to be fair. The glare off the bonnet was blinding and i was pushed for time. Hehe. TB,ah love him. :-)

they did indeed make a grill for the pre facelift omega I bought one years back from germany cost me about £135 with postage but that was before all the cheaper mesh ones were about.

I really can't remember - honest!  I struggle to remember peoples names, and what car they drive, so really can't be expected to remember their phones as well  :-[.  I'm gonna stick my neck out and say its bound to be on my Gay List, based on your response ;D.

As for the grill, not my scene, but styling is individual that I rarely comment one. Except outright gay shite like blue leds or headlight eyebrows ;)

Caaarme on. Pull the other one. And its bound to be on your Gay list as its not a Bill Gates lick dick product. In TB land will be written off as gay by default. As said, not microsoft? Must be gay. One clue, tv out....

With you on the eyebrows. May as well paint eyelashes on as well.

Like the grill pic by the way.

Only phones that are style of function are gay. Thats why the Crapple gayPhone is top of the list, followed closely by the Nokia symbian series.  Sony Ericsson are on there purely due to the (minor) association with Sony, and the fact my first (and last!) Ericsson mobile was a piece of crap ;D.  Naturally, all flipphones are gay.

I'm guessing yours is one of those, but struggling to think of non Windows phones with video out. Nokia N series springs to mind, but sure others. Its only really the crappy N95 I've had the displeasure of using extensively from Nokias smartphones.
