Mopped out the Mondeo's spare wheel well which has taken to becoming a pond after a wet spell.  ::)

I'll have to get the silicone out when and if climate change will give us a break with some dry weather!  :-\

Buy some gold-fish and a fountain
it's quite relaxing sitting by the pond with a can,  watching the fish  :y

If I can't find where it's getting in, I'll drill a hole in the spare wheel well...  :-X

that would reduce the amount of water for the goldfish to swim round in  :o

Sorry for some reason I’m uploading the same image twice - should be two images. This one showing floor under rear seat area looking back through to boot - white in back is fuel tank with hollow for spare wheel

There's usually a rubber bung in there somewhere. On my last astra, the passenger door kept filling up at the bottom, loose trim at the window, I guess. I just removed the two rubber bungs from the bottom of the door.

Couldn't prise the plastic bungs out, so just drilled a 6mm hole beside them. :y

Where's that face palm smiley...  ::)

Might have been less corrosion friendly to drill through the grommet :-X

Put a new sidelight bulb in the 960[first thing I've had to buy for it in nearly a year of ownership].

Drove the filthy Zaf to Chatham and bought a load of new old stock Viceroy panels. Must wash the Zaf soon before the molehills start again ;D
