You all complain when we don't indicate. You still complain when we do indicate to tell you that we're going to occupy our rightful space in the BMW-lane and that you need to get out of the way. God. There's just no pleasing you people. :P

A normal day, in my world. There wouldn't be enough space on the server's if I put up every stooopid thing that happened.

They finish checking face cloth, then just change lanes, or drift over... Waiting for some time to fit the 150db horns back on. Quick blast  :)That normally focus there attention.

As I understand it, no BMW dealership s allowed to sell a vehicle unless the customer has successfuiiy completed their "Prat-School" course and has been certified as an utter plonker?  ??? (Sorry Aaron!)

Audi drivers have started attending that school, too, and a good number of VW and SEAT drivers.

Audi drivers USED to be gentlemen, but now....
However, BMW motorcyclists still are. :y

BMW,s are now, as the old phrase used to say"As common as a Cortina".
The BMW driver needs to be noticed.
Now they buy Audis. :(
As Ron said, Audi drivers used to be couteous but not now
And, when buying a BMW, dont you know by having their name on the resistration document, that means they own the road :D ;D

Considering how much the government takes off me each year, I own the roads!

That seems to be normality now.  No need to filter into a gap. It seems that the flash of an indicator means you need to take evasive action.

Before I was a reformed character, such self-abusery used to end in duels.  Obviously now, being reformed, I just accept it and let it wash over me.

A couple of very good reasons to have a bigger, more comfortable car...

1. When some clunge sides wipes you, they will come off alot worse.
2. Go carts are fun to rag around in, but encourage you to drive like a loon in order to feel like you're making progress... A more cosseting car with a bit more poke should make for a much more chilled out driving experience.

Interestingly, the Omega didn't really tick that box as they are quite rev happy and they aren't particularly refined compared to the next level up the food chain...

Kinder to say "showing their age".  Its up there with any other early 90s mid range exec (beemer 5 and so on) on refinement.  And power.

But lack of development, and the god awful penny pinched 2.6/3.2 snafu, really made it look a bit weak on power.

By next level I meant 7 Series /S Class /XJ  ;)

I do whisper the sweary F word to myself at 10 seconds  :) little point in getting worked up about these things. There were also 2 little girlies in the back, so engrossed with their I-pads they didn`t even lookup  ::)

I'd suggest, TBH, that a 7/S/XJ from the early 90s really isn't a well screwed together car, compared to today.  But, yes, I see your original point.

The s and the xj would have rotted away by now.
