Advice needed

I`m considering fitting this headlight kit to my Fazer.

The standard lights are crap on the mk1 model & this might be the answer :-\

Only if you have the projector lens, or you'll blind people and get the 4 large eggs as a beam pattern

Good point & that ad mentions it covers models from 1998 - 2004 ???
The mk 1 fazer doesn`t have projector headlights. The dipped beam setting illuminates the nearside headlamp only & to be honest the lighting levels are for city use only. The mainbeam setting illuminates the offside lamp. Yamaha fixed the lighting probs to some degree in the mk 2 model.
There is mod which a lot of riders adopt, which turns on both headlamps in the dipped setting. But this isn`t ideal & the MOT guys will point out the right lamp is flicking light upwards. My bloke always grumbles & wacks black tape on the centre of the right hand lens  ;)
