A word of warning about the Parrot leads which switch the speakers between the Parrot audio and the radio. They use poor quality relays which tarnish after a couple of years. Caused me considerable probs with SWMBOs car once. Had intermittent distortion from one speaker, swapped the speakers over the the front doors & the problem stayed with the same door. Then changed the head unit and the problem was still there  :'(. Turned out to be the Parrot changeover cable with a relay in it.

So, you have been warned  >:(

Will post a link to the cable I have acquired when I get home :y not actually a Parrot cable, but one designed specifically for the Insignia/Astra J...

Could well have a similar problem if it switches the speakers ...........

Hopefully straight in to the Aux in, which is where phones should go (and all post 98 Omegas have a phone capable Aux in, unless the system includes a phone).

Parrott's stupid speaker switching is a nasty bodge thats best avoided.
