Just wondering how far these engines can go with proper servicing and belt changes?

Is there a difference between longevity of 3.0 and 2.5 ?

Are there any monster milers on here?

My old S reg CDX past 225,000 before the heater matrix let go and with the work/cost involved she went to Heaven.
Friend of mine has a 2.5 Gls as a taxi and thats on 285,00 and still going strong.

problably around 350k id guess i think like a diesel peugeot the car will fall to bits before the engine gives up

I bought a 2.0 W plate on 120k and ran it on LPG until 160k and the only fault (apart from wear and tear) was a manifold and cam sensor.  Was stil driving like new when i sold her.  

Rust was starting to take a good hold though

my gold 2.5 facelift had 166,000 on it when i sold it, don't know if it is still running......

My blue CDX had clocked 114,000 tonight, by the end of the week we will be at 115,000, by the end of the year i reckon 125,000 and requireing another cambelt kit, the last one was only done in April
