like i said b4 think iv bought a shed lol few problems but the new one iv found is that first thing in the morning there is no power feels like the turbo is struggling to kick in then after a mile or 2 away she goes

its a 2.5 cd td (2000)
any ideas

Most older diesels are like that in the morning my 2.5td is a 2000 on a X plate and its slow for the first few miles until the engine warms up.
Booting it from cold will only shorten it's life let the engine heat up and when hot give it a italian tune up once a week if your doing short journeys day to day.
Did you ever do the paperclip test if not do it and post any codes :y

had a range rover with same engine they recommended thinner oil than vauxhall to help get things moving quicker although it was the same especially in winter was almost as though there was no turbo -trait of the engine i think
