Removing climate panel on FL
« on: 31 August 2014, 16:38:54 »

Hi all,
had a search for climate panel removal but nothing I could find is helpful.

I want to change this as it is the only "Scruffy" part of the dash area  now. Only 2 buttons are white ,but looks naff.

Is it something like this : ashtray out, CCR2006 out, remove all side switches  & then undo the screws on show .

Hoping there is some sort of guide to do it  :-\ :-\

TIA    Al :y

Oooh !  guess this should be in Electrical :-[ :-[ sorry

Close... Ashtray out (1 screw holding it in in the middle)
Radio out.
Remove 2 screws from top corners of radio aperture.
Lift trim panel away.
Release the two clips either end of the climate panel and push it towards the dash.
Unplug it and lift it out.

Refitting is the reverse :y
