For 2003 2.6V6 Estate - anybody got part no. for front top suspension bearing/mount ?

How long to swap?

If split at lower balljoint and strut removed with hub complete it shouldn't should it ?

I bought and fitted a set of Lemforder top mounts from AllGermanParts recently for about £40ish but that included the bearing as well. 

About the same time Gixer had a set from Pedders which were a bit more expensive about £50-60 I think.

The Vauxhall mounts are 90288206, but are expensive. I got quoted £68 each back in 2011. Lemforders were about £50 a pair from ECP a few months back.

As you say, the bush is essentially in two parts, an upper and lower bush with a bearing in the middle.
