Service time for the Bobmobile...

Fuel Filter
Oil & Filter
Air Filter
Full Brake fluid flush
Aircon Cleaner

Is that one of those smoke cans that you set off in the car James?  Been thinking about doing mine as it can smell a bit stale sometimes... probably because it doesn't get used enough.  :-\

Yes, I find they are a very good air freshener if nothing else..

As the car has been smoked in previously, these really help neutralise the smell :y

Wanted to run one through before I clean and condition the leather.

Any that you would particularly recommend?

That's what we like to hear :y :y

I did nothing to the Omega... Looked at it with a pile of leaves on top of it and thought "When will I drive you again?" :'(

Replaced the glovebox handle on 'Bobs'

What a nightmare!

Whoever removed the glovebox last (car kit removal I guess) had nicely stripped the splines on one of the airbag bolts, had to chisel it round, not easy given its location!

Put my other car away for winter and started to take the engine out.

Insured the omega for the winter.

Swapped the front wheels to the rear and vica versa on the DTi in the hope that I can make the tyres last until I put the winter wheels and tyres on. Really don't want to buy new tyres for this car as I want to refurbish the alloys over the winter. Eldest son about to get a lesson in pre-MOT checks on the V6!  :)

Changed the rear shocks on the Omega for some air shocks. Everything was going well till the old nearside shock decided it didn;t want to part company with the car and stuck on solid. After an hours worth of persuasion it decided to come free but it was a real pain in the arse.
