Thanks Al, will ad the Link to my list,  :y

Yea, Belt driven, this ones been remapped, Turbo and Injectors upgraded, currently running around 300 Bhp, so dont really want to break the Engine at this stage.

Anyone had Hands On regarding the Belt change?

No special tools required, just replace the tensioner at the same time, from somewhere like Burton power.

Belt tension can be checked using a Ford gauge, but most people check it along its longest run for a certain amount of flex.

I have a 3 door cosworth myself, can check what the workshop guide says, but I think it refers to the tension gauge I mentioned about.

Timing marks are critical, for cams, dizzy and crank.

Just remembered, so as long as belt can be twisted through 90 degrees in the centre portion of the longest run.

That's then sufficient.

Check again once run as it'll stretch.
