Yep some Eibach -30mm Springs would bring that down another -15mm (believe the Sports had -15mm ride height as per the MV6's do)

Indeed they do :y

how much would it ruin the ride the last time i lowered a car was 20 year ago lol :y

Looking good :y

nice car that :y :y

looking smart. ;)

Having the LSC (Lowered Sports Chassis) as you do - plus a decent set of Bilstein B4s, which are an OEM-replacement shock absorber, not extra stiff, or anything - is considered the best compromise for an Omega, in terms of handling vs ride. Anyt further and you gain cornering, but lose that smooth ride...
Looks great, keep up the good work!

In my opinion, not at all. Only point I'd make is if you need to carry any weight in the boot and have speed bumps to deal with then I'd stick with the suspension you already have.
