I hope we're not misleading that cafe into ordering a lot of stuff, it sounds like we'll probably have more than enough.  :-/

Hmmmm........didn't think of that.

OK what does everyone else think - do I bring the gas barbie or will the cafe be sufficient?

Not worth taking too much grub, esp if we do a breakkie. Last year MaxV6 made a massive effort on BBQ, but few of us had time to actually enjoy it due to running late...

Might it be useful to have a roll call on essential tools. I know some have been mentioned earlier,

Jacks
ramps
axle stands
oil collection trays
waste oil drum!
Locking kits
generator if 240v not available!
compressor
grinder
inspection lights
gas torch!
Omega seat pad for kneeling on
cleaning bath
bulk buy carb cleaner

I would also recommend that people bringing their tools make an effort to identify them to ensure that we all go home with what we came with.

Lastly, chemical toilet ordered and gennys supposedly.  ::)

I will bring some plastic bucket type containers which can be used to keep removed parts together, or, if someone wants to bring a decent handsaw, can be cut down to make excellent waste oil trays if needed. I'll bring a funnel so that old oil can then be transferred into the empty oil cans if we don't have a large waste container.
They will also make good cleaning buckets.
And WCs I suppose.  :-?
And, no, I won't be taking them home with me.  :D  :D
Bill.

Is there a tap i can stick a hose on to wash cars b4 i can polish them? Is there power for a car vac to hoover out? One of my mates in the bodywork trade might be coming, if so we can clean cars as others are fixing 'em. Get 2 lines on the go!

Sorry valets only. Would have to bring spraying gear, get paint matches & need car indoors for at least 2 days (with heat to do that properly) Mines got rust bubbles under window rubbers & stonechips all over the bonnet. It's only worth a grand, much as i love it not worth a respray. We can do yours but i'd be be a paying job. Sorry, Guy. :y
