There is an ABS member who is looking into putting a 12V engine into an Omega as he prefers the bullet proofness of that engine over the 24V unit

Used to have a four lane figure eight circuit in the loft some years ago when both my boys were school age. Around 40 differant cars. Decided to get rid of it all two years ago via ebay. got just shy of £500 for it all in seperate lots

Later extension leads have a label telling the max amperage you can use with the lead wound up and unwound. Anything over a lead light and it should be unwound anyway or it can catch fire to itself or combustable material it is laying on

As said before, 20 litre drums nowdays. Handy if you have kept some old 5 litre cans so you can decant to make it easier to use. Differant dealers have differant offers at differant times as well

On a slightly differant note to that, years ago when I was in the repair buisness, had a car come in, front smashed up. Assesor arrived and would not allow repairs as front tyres both bald. It went to court with the car owner sueing the insureance company. Judge happened to be a F1 fan and as the weather report on the day of the accident was very warm and dry, judge ruled that the car had more grip than other cars on the road due to more tyre in contact and found in owners favour. :o

Yea, the fronts are a hub assembly like on an Omega. Cost me £75 for aftermarket good brand when I had to do one on my Zaf A
