...calling such people drug users/junkies/smackheads/crackheads etc. as apparently it may stigmatize them :o Instead we should be calling them things like person with an addiction and other politically correct terms :D After all we don't want to cause them[or the do-gooders]offence do we? :-X

And do we have to stop calling run down, horrible, undesirable places "shitholes"?
I see nothing wrong with calling such places shitholes, because, basically, they are shitholes.

Its not racist, we have plenty of shitholes here in Blighty. Londonium. Manchester. Birmingham. Ipswich. Milton Keynes, particular Bletchley and the earlier estates around CMK.
I can't comment on the places Trump mentioned, and the only African country I've been is Egypt (Shithole)

The moment the drug addicts give a moment's thought to anyone but themselves I'm sure they'll get loads of sympathy. ::)

I don't mind giving help to addicts tbh. Most of them get talked into doing something stupid when they are too young to know better, but old enough to think they do know better.
However, I fail to understand why it is not only legal, but strongly encouraged for any citizen to shoot anyone they know to be a drug dealer.
It would solve the problem in a generation. :)

Biggest shithole I have visited is Middlesbrough.
......however that is some time ago and I'm sure it is almost utopian now. ::) ::) ::) :)

Mombassa & Karachi are the biggest shitholes I've been too ..... in fact I'm not sure they were as good as a shithole
