Cars for Sale & wanted / 3.2 ELITE LPG FOR SALE

As per title,
this car is my dads car and is for sale, spares or repair.
the car is a non runner due to aux belt tensioner failure, which caused the poly v belt to get caught up in the bottom pully causing cam belt to strip and 24 bent valves.
Heads have been removed to inspect damage.
The colour is the rare URAL MOUNTAIN, which is a kind of grey/green and is full  ELITE SPEC.
THE AUTO BOX WAS REBUILT 18 MONTHS AGO
THE REAR DIFF WAS REPLACED 12 MONTHS AGO WITH NEW OIL SEALS
LPG KIT INSTALLED WITH TANK IN THE BOOT BEHIND THE REAR SEATS
WORKING REAR ELECTRIC SUN BLIND
FULLY WORKING BOSE NDCD 2013 HU/GID DISPLAY
CLEAR NON CLOUDY HIDS
2002 REGISTRATION PLATE
Car will need to be collected from middleton on sea west sussex.

Myhermes lying tards have ''lost'' my parcel from james,
lying tards have claimed to have posted through the letterbox an AUX PUMP in a box through a very small victorian letterbox. God i hate lying tards.
First they claimed it had been refused at this address,
then said it had been delivered today (18th) at 18.25pm, yvonne was in and no attempt to call was made, then when i checked tonight it said posted through letterbox on the 16th.??
So who and when tried and where is my pump?

The tid on my 97 tourer has the usual pixel issue, but just recently the range function has started to be very inconsistant, with the fuel gauge reading 20 litres it will show 00 miles,then will creep up to show 05 miles then slowly fall back to 00 miles. this issue only starts when the needle hits the 20litre mark.
Is this a display issue or a fuel float sender issue, ? where does the display get its info from, the gauge or the tank float?

Hi all about a year ago i had a new tailgate screen fitted by autoglass, and today i have noticed that the rubber on the driverside is not sitting on the tailgate panal, and if you lift the rubber you can clearly see the glass edge. it also is not fully pressed into the recess/lip on the tailgate, is the screen bonded into the tailgate and the rubber a trim only.
Is this something i can sort or does it require screen to be removed and refitted by a specialist.?

Omega General Help / display repair

Have we ever been able to find a way to repair dead or intermittant missing pixels on pre facelift dsplays. or even a company that will repair them?
My display when it feels like it works properly and no dead pixels but when it feels like it i have 2 lines missing compleatly or some just glow slighty.

02 plate 3.2 saloon rear diff needed, just the diff no other parts required
must be leak free
dads diff has got a whine, and a leaking diff seal from the input shaft.

General Car Chat / PRE FACELIFT V FACELIFT

Good even all,
 
i have been fortunate to drive both varients of car and both had about the same mileage on them, around, about 70,000 miles,and both v6's and the face lift car was so much nicer to drive than the earlier car.
Now i know that the cars share the same chasiss and subframe assy and the shocks and springs are the same with the exception of MV6 models, my question is what makes the facelift so different to drive, the steering to all intence and pouposes is the same.
where changes made to the body shell in terms of stiffness or is it down to upgraded suspension bushes front and rear.?

An appeal to DLK OR EP, are either of you availible on the 19th april to replace the cam covers and coil pack, leads and poss re seal the oil cooler plate on my V6, as james is on nights and cant make it.
I have the cam cover gaskets and coil pack and leads, and oil pipe sealing rings(metal), new oil cooler hollow bolts. plan to re use the existing oil cooler as it is the upgraded ss type and no issues, just a poss leaking plate.
Can travel to you if needed.

Car Parts, bits For Sale & Wanted / autobox thrust washer

Just testing the water here, where or who can supply a thrust washer for a 3.2 autobox, or is this a dealer part only.
i know several peoples on here have changed them, can any one advise pls, also has anyone got a pressure control solonoid for the above gear box if needed.
