MOT pass (phew)
« on: 20 December 2023, 13:37:06 »

Gobsmacked...Omega passed its mot today, despite being on SORN for two years or more....got a long list of advisaries, but all minor stuff, with the exception of tyres, noted 7 years old and starting to deteriorate.
As I type...its being sanded down on the roof and bonnet, a new boot being fitted and a prodrive spoiler being fitted. After, its getting a new Screen rubber fitted. Just costing me for the paint. Its being done as a Christmas present for me from the grandson, as ..'a payback for all the things you have done and helped me with over the years'. His girlfriends dad, who owns a bodyshop and booth here is spraying it tomorrow, using two pack stuff.
Can't wait to get it back...... :y :y :y

Well done.  :y
As mentioned in a different thread, mine failed this morning because I failed to fit a new headlamp bulb properly.  ::)

Nice one.

I really need to MOT the silver one and use it next year. Currently it's a driveway ornament!
