Under-steer is when the front of the car hits the wall, and over-steer is when the rear of the car hits the wall.
Power is how fast you hit the wall and torque is how much of the wall you take with you.

Thanks for posting very interesting and good to see such special custom bikes.

Reminds me of years ago a 5.3L V12 Jag engine fitted into a custom motorcycle. Not this one, as the one I saw was actually a much better build, but it gives and idea of size!
