  With my good friend, after closing the workshop, he had nothing to look forward to every day. It was being got up and ready to go to work that kept him going. He told me that himself. With no work shop, he had nothing left. His wife had hit the bottle, again, so it was the carer that did everything for him

  Hi all, have a member who has an oil leak from the rear crank seal on his auto Omega. Apart from the gearbox, torque converter and flex plate, how much more does he need to strip off to replace please?

 Close friend died from it this year. He had spent five years constantly in and out of "specialists" to find out what the problem was. Once they did diagnose, it had already set into his right arm so he could not use it below the elbow. 5 years they gave him, he lasted three. Still carried on at his body repair shop until the end of May this year. Once closed, he lasted seven weeks. All that he had built up over the years being now gone, we all believe that he gave up. Horrible, horrible disease. I know of three others with it, one many years ago, one other who died this year as well and the other I now have lost any contact with since my mate has gone.

  Eventually, there will be a list of Hotels, b&b,s in the surrounding areas put out by the VBOA so those that don't camp, can use one of these and get the weekend ticket if wanting to be there more than one day

 Mate of mine owns his own garage and has an MOT centre. He told me that to keep the VOSA eyes away, it is always best to put an advisory or two on older vehicles as VOSA then views it as that centre does good MOT inspections. He don't let anything go that should fail, obviously, but silly things like oil leak from front of engine etc, exhaust showing signs of age.. you get the picture

  Ok, as promised, the prices for 2018 Market Harborough
Camping, two nights minimum, £21 per night up to five people per car
Off site , weekend access ticket, £25, up to five people per car
One night camping, only available on the gate, £25 the night, up to five people per car
Day visitor ticket, on the gate, £17, up to etc, etc

Booking is open now from www.lmfvauxhall.co.uk or 01858 433599

For 2018, a basic shop will operate from the gate house for bread, milk etc
There will be a bar on Friday and Saturday evenings, with recorded music Friday night and local band, Heavy Sol on Saturday night.

There will be a hourly mini bus running between the site and MH town centre with donations for the fare
More toilets and water stand pipes and rubbish bins are promised

  Good to know |Ron. At ABS, we used to recommend Supertyres in Maldon. Turned out to be a right shower after some management got replaced

 Any OOFer who isn't an ABS member can camp in the general area. You can plan a meeting point and arrive in convoy so you can camp as a group if you so wish
