I would have voted again, but it won't let me ::) Not that it would affect the numbers ;D

Well, that's to say it would become 3.8% rather than 3.2% ::)

Where's the superior option?
Top of the list, dear boy. Top of the list... ;D

Correct engine (best available to buy new, rather than the best engine)
Correct gearbox
Correct colour
Correct spec (ideal blank canvas with the core of the wiring in place)

What could possibly go wrong... ::)

Poppy cooooock.

No CID. Or wiring. Not Telematics wiring. No Bose. No Memory. No heated seats or rear lecy windows.

And as Black 3.2 ones are THE fastest omegas. Obviously that makes white ones the slowest 3.2's. Obviously!

...especially when couple to Edwardian technology. ;D

All of your list can be readily be retrofitted, including the gearbox ;D

And properly decorated, the white ones are definitely faster, they just are... ::)

I'd like to see telematics added ;D

And that's certainly not what my mirror tells me. With the apparent excuse "its always in the wrong gear" ;D

I might jump out behind you one murky January morning on your way to work... soon see how slowly your car can go ;D

TB could hypothetically testify just how quickly stuff moves out of the way in Christmas tree mode...

Non standard are Xmas trees, which I won't need to move for anyway. Obviously. ;D

While 5 gears would most certainly be an advantage, they need proper control, rather than leverage to operate them. Leverage in turn means long levers, which means a looooong throw, which means the advantage of the fifth gear is completely lost by the act of engaging it.

Knee in chin 1,2 ...Clutch DOOOOWN(struggle) 3,4 ....pull Edwardian signal box lever(kerchunk) 5,6 ....let clutch lever up without braking jaw with knee 7,8 ....press accelerator at last 9,10 ....   Repeat steps 1-10 for second gear 10feet later....

I'd rather walk ;D :P

Mine is a pre facelift MV6 auto in star silver.

I think it is a full spec as it can be  : Leather, cruise, Bose sound, ccrt700 radio/telephone, sat nav

One previous owner who confirmed all supplied as new with car :)

It's not listed as an option on the MV6 on the 1998 spec list but its a 2000 V reg - it does have the twin Bose speakers in the back shelf and the amp in the boot under the shelf.

Sounds nice too  :y

The mv6/8 project has 2013 and CID. But not Bose. The standard speaker set up is poor, at best, by comparison to Bose. IMO.
