I know it's america, and there are two sides to every story ... but this is a tad extreme to say the least !!

The motorcyclist does appear to punch the side of the car first, which is somewhat antagonistic (presumably in response to loose change being thrown at him) - but absolutely no excuse for attempted vehicular murder, which is exactly what that amounts to regardless of what provocation happened first.

Where,s a trigger happy U.S. cop when you need one ? 
As said, attempted murder and should be treated as such.
