Hi all hope u can help i have a  blow  on the front was told a stud or something has snapped needs to angle grinded out have no idea is this a easy job or is this going to cost £££ manifold has not cracked
Been quoted around  £350
Is there anybody in the Kent area can help or do this cheaper thanks glenn

Personally, I would get a second opinion to confirm that the problem is a stud that has actually broken. Garages have often been known to misdiagnose Omega faults / issues.

I'm not sure what is meant by angle grinded out? And in the context of the manifold?
Are we talking about one of the studs that connect the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head?
Or are we talking about the bolts that connect the downpipe and exhaust sections together.
Please clarify.

Was told a stud needed doing I had the downpipe to cat gasket done then was told the stud needed angle grinding out sorry if I haven't explained correct that's why hoping someone local maybe able to help
