Wanted: 2.5 complete engine.
« on: 26 November 2013, 19:26:57 »

Hi all.  I'm in desperate need of a replacement engine for the wife's miggy. Its a w reg 2.5 auto elite saloon f/l.

Water is getting into one of the pistons on the passenger side, and as I'm not brave enough to attemt stripping down the engine to do the head gaskets,  a replacement lump is the easier option.

Cheers,  Mark.

Can admin please move to correct section.

Think if I was going to go down that route of replacing a 2.5, would through a 3.0 in there, better performance and probably better for economy of all the V6's IMHO.
